It's EASY to order a telephone number from us - we just need you to fill out our easy to use form and we will connect your new number for you within the hour if it's during the working the day, or as soon as possible on the next working day if you order at weekends or in the evening.

0330 Numbers should not be confused with 0300 Numbers, which are used by charities and not for profit organisations in the United Kingdom. 0330 Numbers can be used by anyone. They were created by the telecoms regulator OFCOM in 2007. Calls to an 0330 number cost the same to make as calls to a standard geographic number, ie. 020 numbers in London, 01 numbers around the rest of the country. Companies cannot make any profit from using them, and unlike 08 numbers they are charged at the same rate regardless of whether the call is made from a landline or a mobile.

If you have any questions don't be nervous about calling us for advice – we're here to help.

If you're interested in 0800 numbers, an 0800 number is a freephone number if you are calling it from a UK landline. The call is paid for by the recipient, not the caller. Research has shown that companies with freephone 0800 numbers receive more calls leading to more sales because customers don't have to worry about the cost of making their initial enquiry.

We can "point" or "route" your number to any landline or a mobile phone. You can also use an Easy Number as your fax number with our Fax to Email numbers, which convert faxes to PDF documents and send them straight to your email inbox, meaning you save on electricity, paper, ink and toner, helping you to save money and the environment. You will need to purchase a separate 0800 or 0330 number from the one you have for your phone calls.
